At Namdev Shivling Art Puratan, we value our customers and take pride in delivering authentic, carefully crafted Shivling art and puratan (antique-style) products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or refund.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Products returned without original packaging
• Any product reported after 24 hours of delivery

3. Refund Policy

• Once the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
• Replacement shipping will be initiated after verification.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers must inform us before returning any product.
• Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Important Notes

• Our products are handcrafted and puratan in nature; minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
• Images are for representation purposes; slight differences may occur.
