1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

As our Narmadeshwar Shivlings are handcrafted, certain custom or large orders may require additional processing time. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order for availability, shipping charges, and delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and courier partner rates.

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

International: 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

5. Packaging & Handling

All Shivlings are securely packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit.

We take special care in packaging sacred and fragile items; however, minor variations due to natural stone characteristics are not considered defects.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of visible damage to the package, we recommend not accepting the delivery and informing us immediately.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Namdev Shivling Art Puratan will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
